We inform you that when you browse our website we collect information about you which – depending on your use of the offered services – can be composed of user ID info such us name, ID number, IP address or one or more elements characterizing your physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity which can identify you, or make you identifiable (hereinafter referred to as “Data”).
Your Data can be collected either because voluntarily provided (e.g. when subscribing to our Newsletter or when requesting for a contact in order to receive info relating to our products and services) or by analyzing your behavior on our website.

Anonymously Collected Browsing Data
Information systems and software procedures used for the website operation, normally acquire Data the transmission of which is implied when using Internet communication protocols. The legal basis we use to process your Data, for the previously indicated purposes listed in Paragraph 3, are the following:
Supply of goods and services: data processing to this purpose is needed for us to be able to provide you with products and/or services and, consequently, to execute the pre-contractual phase and/or the contract we have in place with you. Providing your Data to MRS to this purpose is not mandatory, however, in case you do not provide them, we will not be able to provide you with any Services.

Giving consent to MRS to this purpose is not mandatory and you are free to withdraw it at any time and without consequences, other than the suspension of the service use. Soft Spam: Data processing to this purpose is based on MRS interest in sending you by e-mail marketing communications relating to products and services which are similar to the ones you have already purchased. You can stop receiving this type of communications, without consequences other than the suspension of the service, through the link provided at the bottom of each e-mail.
Profiling: Data processing to this purpose is based on the consent you gave through the cookie banner. Your consent to MRS to this purpose is not mandatory, and you are free to withdraw it at any time without consequences other than the suspension of the service. You can withdraw your previously given consent by following the instructions provided in Paragraph 8 in this information.
Compliance: Data processing to this purpose is mandatory for MRS to be able to comply with any possible legal obligations. The Data you provide to MRS will be processed in compliance with the applicable regulations. This might involve retaining them and disclosing them to Government Authorities for accounting, tax or other obligations.
Abuses/Frauds: Information collected to this purpose are to be used exclusively to prevent and/or identify possible fraudulent activities or abuses in the use of the website (having criminal relevance).

Your Data are stored in servers located inside the European Union. It is understood that, if necessary we, as Holder, are entitled to move the servers outside the EU, too. In this case, already from now, we ensure the Data transfer outside the EU will take place in accordance with the applicable laws, following the stipulation of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the European Commission. The Data processing by these Recipients will be made according to the applicable laws and with adequate guarantees such as adequacy decisions, Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission, or other guarantees which are considered adequate.

- 7. Data Retention
We store the Data we process to the purpose of providing goods and services for the strictly necessary time needed to pursue the purpose. However, because the Data are processed in order to supply you with goods and services, we might retain them for a longer time, particularly for as long as necessary to protect MRS interests from potential responsibilities connected to such supply.
Data we process for Marketing and Profiling purposes will be stored until you withdraw the given and periodically renewed consent. Once the consent is withdrawn we will no longer use your Data to these purposes, but we will retain them as long as necessary to protect MRS interests from potential responsibilities connected to such processing.
Data processed for Soft Spam purposes will be retained until you object to the processing of your Data through the link to be found at the bottom of each e-mail.
Data processed for Compliance purposes will be retained for the time specific legal obligations or applicable rules provide for.
Data processed to the purpose of preventing Abuses/Frauds will be retained for the strictly necessary time needed to the purpose, therefore until MRS is obliged to keep them to protect itself in court and communicate such Data to the competent Authorities.
Your Rights in Relation to your Personal Data
In connection with the Data processing we carry out, you have the right to ask at any time:
– To access your personal Data, to correct or cancel them as per Art. 17 of the GDPR,
– To integrate incomplete Data,
– To restrict the processing,
– To receive your Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, if technically feasible, to transfer them to another controller without hindrance in case the right to data portability can be exercised as per Art. 20 of the GDPR (the processing is based on consent pursuant to point (a) of Art. 6.1 or point (a) of Art. 9.2) or on a contract pursuant to point (b) of Art. 6.1 of the GDPR and is carried out by automated means;
– To withdraw the given consent to the purposes indicated in Art. 3 above, at any time, and to totally or partially object to your Data processing in the allowed cases; to lodge a complaint with the Supervising Authority and to exercise all other rights provided for in the applicable regulation (Arts. 16-21 of the GDPR).
